Job summary

Cheer Home Care is actively hiring a Concierge Registered Nurse for 12-hour day shifts in California, with assignments in La Jolla and North San Diego County. The RN will assess clients, develop care plans, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality in-home care.

The role requires an active California RN license and at least 3 years of nursing experience (home health preferred).

Qualifications

Hourly Pay Rate: $45-$80 based on experience

Cheer Home Care is looking for a Registered Nurse who loves spending time with older adults and provide high quality care in home. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans and provides constant feedback to clients, client representatives, and nurses. .

This position responsibilities will include:

• Complete assessment of client and needs
• Education to client and families
• Chronic Care Management

• Post-surgical and wound care as needed

• Current, unrestricted California registered nurse license
• 3 years of experience as a registered nurse
• Home Health experience preferred
