Concierge / Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

We are a well-established and growing commercial real estate company in Austin, TX, seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Concierge / Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys supporting both clients and internal staff.

Responsibilities

  1. Greet and assist clients, tenants, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  2. Order snacks and keep cabinets and refrigerators organized and stocked
  3. Manage mail, packages, and front desk operations
  4. Coordinate meeting rooms, events, and office logistics
  5. Ensure office machines are stocked and working at all times
  6. Provide concierge-level service, including maintaining a warm and welcoming office environment
  7. Support administrative tasks including calendar management, document preparation, and office supply ordering
  8. Liaise with housekeepers and service providers and internal maintenance staff for office/building maintenance needs

Qualifications

  1. 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  4. Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
  5. Experience in commercial real estate or property management is a plus
  6. Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
