As a Vitality Living Concierge, you will impact lives by:

• Maintaining basic knowledge of computer software and internet platforms, with typing skills.
• Managing the reception desk continuously during your assigned period and performing administrative duties.
• Greeting all visitors graciously and assisting them politely as necessary.
• Responding to residents’ and family members’ questions and concerns, sharing important information with the Executive Director or Business Office Director as appropriate.
• Handling emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Maintaining the Resident and Guest Register.
• Promptly answering the telephone, directing calls, or relaying messages.
• Processing payments for community purchases.
• Organizing incoming mail and distributing it appropriately.
• Assisting with telephone inquiries in the absence of the Marketing staff, including callbacks.
• Monitoring the resident call system and ensuring staff response.
• Monitoring the exit alarm system and ensuring staff response.
• Performing routine maintenance of office equipment.
• Compiling resident move-in packets.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Effective speaking skills before groups of customers or team members.
• Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Basic technical skills for repetitive and well-defined duties.
• Basic organizational knowledge to answer common questions.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, enthusiasm, and willingness to handle residents at their current maturity level.
