Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with US work authorization.
• Hold FAA ATP certificate and first-class medical.
• Excellent communication and passenger-service skills.
• Ability to operate under FAA and NetJets SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate aircraft per FAA rules, SOPs, and manuals.
• Greet Owners/passengers, brief on flight and weather updates.
• Provide in-flight service including catering tasks.
• Coordinate with MCC and report maintenance discrepancies.
• Maintain professional demeanor and support concierge service.
