Qualifications

• FAA ATP or equivalent certification required.
• First Class Medical Certificate.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the aircraft according to FAA guidelines and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service and catering support as needed.
• Brief Owners/passengers on flight details and weather updates; manage passenger safety.
• Maintain professional demeanor as the face of NetJets during travel.
• Communicate maintenance anomalies to MCC and complete related paperwork.
