Responsibilities

• Safe operation of aircraft during taxi, take-off and landing per FAA and SOPs.
• Greet Owners/passengers, brief on flight and weather, and provide safety briefings.
• Deliver in-flight service including handling of alcohol and catering.
• Load and stow baggage as needed.
• Communicate maintenance issues to MCC and document discrepancies.
• Act as liaison from arrival at FBO to final destination, ensuring passenger satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
