Lange Recruiting presents an opportunity for a Primary Care Physician – Concierge Practice in Richmond, VA. An immediate opening exists in a mature, patient-centered concierge practice with an inherited patient panel and an established schedule and income from day one.

Care is built around meaningful time with patients: visits are a minimum of 30 minutes, with same-day and next-day appointments. MD or DO in Family or Internal Medicine, board certified, and Virginia license (or eligible) are

Qualifications

• MD or DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Board Certified in relevant specialty.
• Active Virginia medical license, or eligible and committed to obtaining licensure.
• 5 to 20 years of primary care clinical experience.
• Graduate of a U.S. medical school (stateside programs only)
• Genuine commitment to relationship-based, patient-centered care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care in outpatient concierge setting with extended visit times (minimum 30 minutes).
• Offer same-day and next-day appointments.
• Develop preventive care, chronic disease management and wellness conversations.
• Direct access for patients to their physician.
• Minimize administrative burden to focus on patient care.
