Step into an established concierge practice without having to build a patient panel from scratch.

A well-established concierge primary care group in Richmond is seeking an experienced Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to succeed a retiring physician and inherit an established patient panel.

The practice offers the time and infrastructure to deliver highly personalized, relationship-based primary care—with substantially lower patient volume and longer appointments than traditional primary care.

Position Highlights

• Established concierge patient panel
• Average 8‑10 patients daily
• 30–60 minute appointments
• Panel cap of approximately 450 patients
• 4.5-day workweek
• Dedicated nurse and clinical support
