Job summary

SCOWT in New York is seeking a physician for personalized, team-based care in Manhattan. You will build lasting patient relationships, manage acute and chronic conditions, and participate in collaborative diagnostics with a dedicated nurse and care administrator.

The role is full-time, on-site five days per week, with a base salary around $300K and total earning potential up to $1M. You will lead care plans, monitor health and wellbeing, and contribute to improved patient experiences.

Qualifications

• MD from a U.S. or European medical school.
• 3+ years of full-time clinical patient care, including 1–2+ years in a high-volume setting.
• Collaborative approach with attention to detail and curiosity about modern diagnostics.
• Commitment to hands-on patient care and an in-person role.
• Experience serving underserved communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting patient relationships and oversee comprehensive care.
• Manage acute conditions, chronic illnesses, and injuries.
• Monitor physical health and psychological well-being.
• Lead regular team huddles to coordinate next steps.
• Create personalized reports that help patients understand their health and care plans.
