Ideal candidates are Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine, PA licensed in PA, and skilled in building strong patient trust with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine is required.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania.
• Strong bedside manner and exceptional communication with patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, high-quality medical care and wellness management within a concierge model, which includes extended time for patient visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Coordinate care with specialists and support acute and chronic conditions.
• After-hours availability by phone and in-basket management with support from care team.
