Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health is accepting applications for an internal medicine or family medicine Physician to join our concierge primary care practice based in Center City Philadelphia, PA.

Job Description

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. The in‑person office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am – 4:30pm, with off‑hours call coverage.

• Deliver individualized, high‑quality medical care and wellness management within a concierge model, which includes extended time for patient visits
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, medical assistants and administrative staff to ensure exceptional patient care
• Coordinate care with specialists and collaboratively support acute and chronic conditions
• After‑hours availability by phone and in‑basket management with support from care team

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Board‑Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of PA
• Provide exceptional bedside manners and a strong desire to engage with our patients in a concierge environment
• Requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong patient trust.

Preferred attributes include:

• Interest in preventative care and wellness
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex medical cases in a personalized care setting
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a small patient panel efficiently
