Qualified candidates hold an MD or DO in Family or Internal Medicine, are Board Certified, possess an active NC license (or eligibility), and have 5–20 years of primary care experience. Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $350,000 per year, with an immediate start.

Qualifications

• MD or DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Board Certified in relevant specialty.
• Active NC medical license or eligible and willing to obtain licensure.
• 5 to 20 years of primary care clinical experience.
• Graduate of a U.S. medical school (stateside programs).
• Commitment to relationship-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide long, unhurried visits with patients (minimum 30 minutes).
• Manage an established patient panel in a concierge outpatient setting.
• Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness conversations within a patient-centered model.
