Job summary

Doctor's Choice Placement Services, Inc. is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Primary Care physician for a concierge practice in Morris County, New Jersey. The role focuses on patient-centered, relationship-based medicine with limited patient panels and high-quality, personalized care.

Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary of $250,000 with significant upside as the panel matures, plus 401k and health insurance. Office hours are very reasonable with no inpatient hospital duties.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care physician (IM or FM)
• Experience in concierge or relationship-based medicine is preferred
• Comfortable with concierge/on-call care for a private patient panel
• Interest in wellness, preventive care, and healthy aging is preferred

Responsibilities

• Convert existing patients to the concierge primary care model
• Maintain a manageable patient panel with limited volume
• Provide high-access, personalized care with reasonable office hours
• Be on-call only for concierge patients, with no inpatient hospital duties
