Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. in Owings Mills, MD seeks a Full-Time Primary Care Physician (Family or Internal Medicine) to join a physician-led concierge group. You will work on-site, step into an active patient waitlist, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outpatient care.

The role emphasizes preventative health, patient relationships, and comprehensive coverage. Maryland license and 5–20 years' experience are preferred, with strong support for professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license (or eligible).
• 5–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Care for an incoming waitlist of patients in a dedicated on-site pod.
• Oversee care with a clinical and administrative support team.
• Share after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and adherence to standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships with prevention and education.
