• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Maryland medical license (or license-eligible).
• 5–20 years of primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach with focus on prevention and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Step into a dedicated on-site clinical pod and care for an incoming waitlist of patients.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
