Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license (or eligible).
• 5–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Care for an incoming waitlist of patients in a dedicated on-site pod.
• Oversee care with a clinical and administrative support team.
• Share after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and adherence to standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships with prevention and education.

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for immediate placement to join its growing team in Owings Mills, MD.

This opening represents an immediate new seat opportunity at a practice location currently operating at full patient capacity with an active waitlist. With a dedicated, fully equipped clinical pod ready on-site, the incoming physician will step into an ideal environment designed for seamless panel growth and long-term professional success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• Step into a dedicated on-site clinical pod and care for an incoming waitlist of patients
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit
