KARIER is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an immediate on-site placement in Owings Mills, MD. The role supports Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with a full patient panel and a dedicated clinical pod to enable rapid panel growth.

The position offers a starting salary of $250,000, rising to $300,000 with a full patient panel, plus comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, CME support, and malpractice protection in a physician-led concierge practice.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license or license eligible.
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach with focus on preventive health.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Care for an incoming waitlist of patients in a dedicated on-site clinical pod.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.

Compensation: Starting salary of $250,000 annually, increasing to $300,000 annually upon reaching a full patient panel

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for immediate placement to join its growing team in Owings Mills, MD.

This opening represents an immediate new seat opportunity at a practice location currently operating at full patient capacity with an active waitlist. With a dedicated, fully equipped clinical pod ready on-site, the incoming physician will step into an ideal environment designed for seamless panel growth and long-term professional success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• Step into a dedicated on-site clinical pod and care for an incoming waitlist of patients
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO)
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized)
• Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license (or active license eligible for immediate credentialing)
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required
• A compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness
