Calqulate Metrics Ltd seeks a Primary Care Physician (Family or Internal Medicine) for an on-site, full-time position in Owings Mills, MD. The role offers starting salary of $250,000 with potential to reach $300,000 as the patient panel grows.

You will join a physician-led concierge group with a dedicated clinical pod on-site, handling an active waitlist, outpatient care, and comprehensive preventive health. Generous benefits support ongoing professional development and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license (or license eligible for immediate credentialing).
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Step into a dedicated on-site clinical pod and care for an incoming waitlist of patients.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.

Compensation: Starting salary of $250,000 annually, increasing to $300,000 annually upon reaching a full patient panel

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for immediate placement to join its growing team in Owings Mills, MD.

This opening represents an immediate new seat opportunity at a practice location currently operating at full patient capacity with an active waitlist. With a dedicated, fully equipped clinical pod ready on-site, the incoming physician will step into an ideal environment designed for seamless panel growth and long-term professional success.
