Job summary

PartnerMD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Henrico, VA location to support patient care in a primary care concierge setting. You will assist physicians, manage patient histories, and help with triage and treatment per physician orders.

The ideal candidate has a Virginia LPN license and at least two years in primary care, with strong teamwork and patient communication skills. Proficiency with EMR systems and typical office software is expected.

Qualifications

• Maintains a current PN license in the state of Virginia.
• At least two years of experience in a primary care setting.
• Able to work with a professional team delivering excellent patient care.
• Computer literacy, including MS Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Support physicians with clinical and administrative tasks.
• Provide direct patient care and carry out regimens as ordered by physicians.
• Obtain patient histories and vital signs; triage health concerns.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures as needed.
• Prepare patients for examinations and ensure exam rooms are ready.
