Job summary

Everside Health is seeking an LPN to work with a concierge physician to deliver high-quality care for corporate clients. You will participate in both clinical and front-office duties, interview patients, document assessments, and ensure the physician has the resources to succeed while maintaining an outstanding patient experience.

A minimum of one year in primary care with phlebotomy skills is required. Current BLS certification and an active nursing license in the state are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification and nursing license to practice in the state.
• Minimum of one year experience in primary care with exceptional phlebotomy skills.

Responsibilities

• Support physician in clinical and administrative functions.
• Interview patients to obtain medical information and report findings to physician.
• Record patient assessments into an Electronic Medical Record.
• Perform venipuncture and basic laboratory tests and coordinate with contracted labs.
• Assist with medical procedures and use diagnostic equipment.
• Maintain exam rooms clean, disinfected and stocked with supplies.
• Manage patient flow and coordinate referrals and other care outside the clinic.
• Retrieves messages and responds to calls from patients and other offices as delegated by physician.
