Job summary

Pinnacle Health Group in the Metro Mid Atlantic region seeks an Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established concierge practice. This succession opportunity lets you take over an existing panel of about 400 concierge patients with a planned overlap to ensure continuity.

Emphasis on long-term patient relationships, prevention, and high-touch care in a lower-volume setting. Compensation is $300,000–$350,000 base plus bonus, with strong operational and clinical support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required; board certification in internal medicine preferred.
• Strong outpatient primary care background and experience in concierge or high-touch care is a plus.
• Eligible for state medical license in the United States and US residency/fellowship training.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient care within a concierge medicine model.
• Develop and maintain long-term patient relationships with a focus on prevention and wellness.
• Collaborate with a small team to ensure continuity of care during the transition period.
• Participate in overlap and succession planning to smoothly assume the existing patient panel.

Join a well-established concierge medicine program in Metro Mid Atlantic and ultimately assume care of an existing panel of approximately 400 concierge patients through the succession planning for the future.

The current concierge physician is actively engaged in succession planning, creating the opportunity for a new physician to join the practice in advance and participate in an overlap and transition period to ensure continuity of care and patient retention.
