STAR Performance & Concierge in Franklin/Nashville, Tennessee seeks a passionate Physical Therapist to join our concierge team delivering one-on-one care to active adults, athletes, and professionals focused on personalized goals and lifestyle.

You will evaluate, treat, and guide progressive rehabilitation using evidence-based techniques, collaborate with physicians, maintain documentation, and contribute to a growing, patient-centered practice that emphasizes outcomes over volume.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program and Tennessee license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical reasoning and orthopedic assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one physical therapy services in a concierge setting.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques and manual therapy skills.
• Guide patients through progressive rehabilitation and performance-focused programming.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, movement optimization, and long-term health.
• Collaborate with physicians, fitness professionals, and other healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Build strong patient relationships through exceptional service and communication.

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

Tennessee PT License (or eligibility)
