Job summary

STAR Performance & Concierge in Franklin, TN is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This role focuses on personalized, one-on-one care in a concierge setting, serving active adults, athletes, and professionals.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans, and guide patients through progressive rehabilitation using evidence-based techniques. Collaboration with physicians and fitness professionals is encouraged, with emphasis on outcomes

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current Tennessee PT license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong clinical reasoning and orthopedic assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

• Passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or performance rehabilitation
• Certifications or advanced training in Dry Needling, Sports Rehabilitation, Manual Therapy, Strength & Conditioning, Pelvic Health, or Performance Training
• Experience working with active adults and athletes
