Job summary

The Waterford at Round Rock, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a friendly receptionist to support daily operations in our assisted living and memory care community.

You will greet visitors, answer calls, route inquiries, and assist residents and staff with a professional, compassionate approach. Eligible employees receive meal support, education opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package in a warm, team-oriented environment.

• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills in a senior living setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and direct callers to appropriate individuals.
• Greet visitors and guide them to the community.
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail.
• Coordinate pick-up/delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS).
• Resolve customer questions and concerns with a service mindset.

Receptionist Responsibilities include:

• Greets and directs visitors to the community
