The role requires a high school diploma or GED and CPR certification, with at least 1 year of related experience. Schedule supports evenings and weekends, offering meaningful interaction and a chance to contribute to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Candidate has front desk/guest services exposure.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor required.
• CPR certification preferred or required depending on site policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and visitors in a polished, professional manner.
• Manage front desk sign-in/sign-out for residents, visitors, and vendors.
• Handle and direct incoming calls to appropriate staff.
• Notify residents or staff about arrivals, packages, or deliveries.
• Assist residents with requests by coordinating with other staff as needed.

Qualifications of an ideal Concierge:

Concierge Job Summary:

AConcierge is responsible for meeting and greeting residents and visitors while handling a variety of clerical duties.

• Greet and assist Residents and visitors in a polished and professional manner
• Manage the front desk sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and vendors.
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls.
• Inform Residents or staff of the arrival of guests, packages, and deliveries.
• Accommodate Residents' requests for assistance - referring to other staff as necessary.
