Bridge Senior Living in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a dedicated Concierge for PRN/As Needed hours to welcome residents and visitors and handle front desk duties with professionalism.

You’ll greet guests, manage sign-in/out, answer calls, relay deliveries, and assist residents with requests, working closely with staff to ensure a warm, efficient environment. Benefits include health insurance eligibility, 401(k) match, referral bonus, and next-day pay options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Residents and visitors professionally.
• Manage front desk sign-in/out for residents, visitors, and vendors.
• Handle and direct incoming calls.
• Inform residents or staff of arrivals, packages, and deliveries.
• Accommodate residents’ requests and coordinate with staff.

Concierge Job Summary:

AConcierge is responsible for meeting and greeting residents and visitors while handling a variety of clerical duties.

• Greet and assist Residents and visitors in a polished and professional manner
• Manage the front desk sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and vendors.
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls.
• Inform Residents or staff of the arrival of guests, packages, and deliveries.
• Accommodate Residents’ requests for assistance - referring to other staff as necessary.
