Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $28.00/hr

LIVunLtd is seeking a part-time Lifestyle Associate to join our team. As a Lifestyle Associate, you will work alongside the Lifestyle Manager at a luxury residential or commercial building, assisting in overseeing concierge services for residents or tenants. The role requires resourcefulness, innovation, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering a five-star client experience. Weekend work is required.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist the Lifestyle Manager with welcoming residents and introducing them to concierge services, including move-in processes.
• Handle lifestyle-related requests, such as securing dinner reservations and tickets.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, restaurants, and vendors.
• Oversee daily facility operations and upkeep of amenities.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, management, and ownership about operational needs and events.
• Support training and coaching of on-site staff on facility procedures.
• Promote and coordinate services like personal training, private instruction, and massage for residents.
• Organize programs, activities, classes, and events on the property.
• Manage pool operations where applicable, including reporting issues, maintaining compliance, and overseeing lifeguard staff.

Compensation
