Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Part-Time Hospital Concierge-OB/PP 13 West (Mother-Baby) Night Shift (14 Hours).

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking in patients upon arrival in a timely manner.
• Coordinating activities with unit staff and other departments.
• Communicating clearly, accurately, and promptly with healthcare team members, patients, families, and visitors.
• Performing service functions such as triaging, answering calls, assisting with concerns, and managing MyWall use.
• Working under direct supervision and embodying NYU Langone Health's Core Values in all tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literacy, including keyboarding, data entry, email, hospital intranet, and multi-line telephone etiquette.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with effective problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clerical, customer service, or communication-related experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are desirable.
