Legend Senior Living® is seeking a friendly Concierge to join our administrative team. You will warmly assist residents and guests at the front desk, share local attraction recommendations, and coordinate tours of our community.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service and strong organization to keep front desk operations running smoothly. You will act as a frontline ambassador, handling initial concerns and guiding residents to the appropriate department.

Competenze

• Excellent customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents.
• Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up.
• Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area.
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloaded as needed.
• Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing.
• Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked.

Hours: Wednesdays from 3:30pm to 7:00pm and Saturdays, 1:30pm to 6:00pm

Job Highlights
