Job summary

Ivy Living’s Ivy Park at Livermore is seeking a Concierge for a part-time role. You will greet residents and guests, handle inquiries, and support clerical tasks in a welcoming senior living community.

Prior hospitality or senior living experience is preferred. Training is provided, and the office operates on-site in Livermore, CA, with a focus on excellent customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficient in standard office software and courteous customer service is essential.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff and provide warm, professional service.
• Answer a multi-line telephone, direct calls, and fulfill resident requests.
• Arrange tours of the property and support administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment and support team communication.

The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors fulfilling resident requests arranging tours of the property answering a multi line telephone and providing clerical support to the administrative staff in accordance with the companys mission and values Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents guests and visitors with exceptional customer service
• Answer telephones record andor direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely clear concise and professional manner
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff residents and guests following established safety standards
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co workers and other departments

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prefer two 2 years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs Word Excel etc
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees supervisors physicians healthcare professionals residents and their families
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including physical and TB Tests
