Job summary

Ivy Park at Livermore, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is hiring a Concierge to deliver exceptional resident and guest service on-site. The role supports daily operations, answers calls, tours the property, and assists the administrative staff in a hospitality-focused community.

Prior hospitality experience is welcome but not required; training is provided. Benefits include health, vacation, meals, and a 401(k) plan with company match, with opportunities for growth within California

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years experience in hospitality or senior living.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Pass background and health screenings; comply with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, direct calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond promptly.
• Manage business center tasks and mail processing.

The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff, in accordance with the company's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
