Job summary

Revel Communities in Washington is seeking a Concierge to warmly greet residents and guests, manage phones, and handle requests with polish and care.

You’ll keep the lobby organized, assist with mail, deliveries, and supplies, and coordinate transportation while supporting events and scheduling. This front-of-house role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for growth, and a collaborative team focused on excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, organized, proactive; able to multitask and use basic office tech.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and overnights varying by shift.
