Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge in Bethesda, MD. You will greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism, manage calls, assist with move-ins, and support the Sales team with inquiries.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and proficiency with MS Office. A high school diploma and confidentiality are essential. Pay ranges hourly with benefits and growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
