Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to warmly welcome residents, families, and visitors while maintaining a safe, organized community experience. You will support the Sales team, assist with move-ins and marketing materials, and manage front desk operations with professionalism.

Ideal candidates bring high school diploma or GED, strong customer service, and excellent time management in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area
• Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks
