Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Ohio is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to create a warm, organized first impression for residents, families, and guests. You will greet visitors, answer calls, provide community overviews, support the Sales team with inquiries, assist with move-in preparations, and keep the front desk and Bistro welcoming and efficient.

• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
