Golightly is a Members only private social club located in the 22-story Hôtel Swexan in the heart of Dallas.

The Membership Club concierge must be approachable, friendly, and accommodating, delivering 5-star hospitality and a seamless welcome for members and guests throughout the club and its amenities. Our team values professionalism, courtesy, and memorable service to help sustain growth and memberships.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a concierge, front desk or hospitality type role.
• Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new applications independently.

Responsibilities

• Provides sophisticated and refined customer service to members/guests.
• Implements appropriate assistance as needed to members/guests in expedient and professional manner.
• Leads front desk check-in process for members/guests.
• Prepare logs, reports, or other written documents as requested.
• Maintain constant inspections of assigned areas to ensure a pristine and organized environment.
• Uses proper telephone skills to handle dining reservations and member inquiries.
• Customer service/hospitality minded – ability to work with VIP members/guests in a dynamic environment
• Dependable, positive and team orientated
• Must be a friendly and clear communicator, both verbal and written
• Organized and have the ability to multitask in fast paced setting
• Flexible and adaptable in offering assistance to high-end clientele inquiries
• Polite and confident - takes initiative to ensure members/guests enjoy their Club experience
