Position Summary

The Concierge is a key contributor to the Front Office team, provides exceptional guest experience, and will be responsible for the service of guests and coworkers at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and provides general assistance to guests, peers, and other department employees and leadership.
• Manages guest inquiries regarding the hotel, offerings, and experiences.
• Anticipates and assesses guest needs, responds promptly, and acknowledges all guests.
• Develops a thorough knowledge of hotel services and surroundings.
• Offers directions, recommends restaurants or area attractions, and makes reservations or travel arrangements upon request.
• Accepts packages or arranges for scheduled deliveries.
• Utilizes hotel systems to ensure all guest requests are completed.
• May assist with guest check-in or check-out.
• Maintains a professional and kind manner at all times while communicating with hotel guests and other hotel departments.
• Maintains the highest level of confidentiality regarding guests and staff.
• Professionally handles all guest complaints and reports them to management.
• Other duties as assigned.
