Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Conference Services Concierge to act as an operational partner and ambassador for in-house convention clients. You will coordinate meeting operations, support logistics, resolve guest needs, and uphold resort standards across all program phases.
The role involves collaboration with Conference Services Managers and cross-functional teams to anticipate requirements, protect event integrity, and elevate the guest experience on a high-end property in Las Vegas.
The Conference Services Concierge serves as a key operational partner and ambassador for in‑house convention clients, ensuring a seamless, service‑driven experience throughout all phases of their program. This role exercises independent judgment in coordinating meeting operations, supporting program logistics, resolving guest needs, and upholding resort standards. The Concierge collaborates closely with Conference Services Managers and cross‑functional departments to anticipate requirements, protect the integrity of the event, and elevate the overall guest experience.
