Job summary

True Health seeks Medical Assistants to support our concierge-level patient experience. You will room patients, take vital signs, and assist with diagnostic procedures, while maintaining clinical readiness and accurate documentation.

As the first and last clinical touchpoint, you will help ensure smooth patient flow, strong privacy, and coordinated team communication across Lifestyle Medicine and medical staff. Prior CMA/RMA is preferred and EMR experience is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Experience with EMR and standard medical equipment is expected.
• CMA or RMA credentials are a plus and integrative medicine exposure is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and take accurate vital signs for clinical decisions.
• Support diagnostic testing and procedures under provider supervision.
• Document patient information in the EMR and maintain chart accuracy.
• Assist with front desk tasks and cross-coverage as needed.
