Job summary

Greenbrook Medical is seeking a Medical Assistant to be at the heart of patient visits. You will take vitals, prep patients for providers, and ensure smooth front/back office flow across clinics. This role covers clinical and administrative tasks with cross-training and a focus on concierge-level care for seniors.

You should have 3+ years as a medical assistant, CMA preferred, and strong communication. The clinic operates Monday–Friday, with benefits including health/dental/vision and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a medical assistant, ideally in a primary care setting.
• Comfort with vitals, blood draws, EKGs, and basic labs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vitals, medical histories, and medication lists.
• Prepare patients for exam and assist provider.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as directed.
• Draw blood and run basic lab tests; perform EKGs and PFTs.
• Document in EMR and coordinate scheduling and follow-ups.
