Qualifications

• Excellent professional bedside manner.
• Detail oriented.
• Clinical experience in primary care, concierge medicine, longevity or wellness space preferred.
• Comfortable using EMR systems and Google Workspace, familiarity with wearables.
• Excels at problem solving.
• Able to work with autonomy and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Effective at team-based communication and collaboration.
• Positive attitude and track record of taking initiative.
• Excited to learn new technologies that apply to clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room members.
• Obtain vital signs, body composition measurements and EKGs.
• Administer injections and vaccinations.
• Lab processing and specimen handling.
• Generate lab orders and track lab results.
• Schedule blood draw appointments (both in-house and mobile).
• Assist clinicians with minor procedures.
• Communicate professionally with members via secure portal, email and text.
• Navigate EMR and update chart documentation.
• Manage onsite medication, vaccine and lab supply inventory.
• Generally help maintain a presentable and tidy clinical environment.
