Cornerstone Medical in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support a personalized concierge medical practice. The CMA will manage front office tasks, assist with clinical duties such as updating charts, filling prescriptions, and rooming patients, while ensuring friendly, patient-centered service. The role is full-time (38 hours per week) with schedules from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Monday-Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Friday, with a 45-minute lunch.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of medical assistant experience required.
• Completion of an accredited medical assistant program required.
• Experience in a medical office or hospital setting.
• Knowledge of insurance authorization and billing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of clinic procedures and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Open the office at 8:00 a.m., greet patients and ensure friendly service.
• Screen calls, triage when needed, and process prescriptions promptly.
• Schedule patient appointments and send reminders.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and update demographics and insurance data.
• Take vitals, assist with rooming, and support clinical staff with procedures.
• Assist with drawing blood, sample prep, and basic lab tasks.
• Process patient check-out, collect payments, and handle follow-up tasks.
• Ensure OSHA/CLIA compliance and proper sanitation of instruments.
• Stock exam rooms and manage medical supply inventory.
