Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary care physician to a complex panel of patients, delivering high-quality acute and episodic care, chronic disease management, and wellness care.
• Be part of an interdisciplinary team to manage preventive needs of a patient population and comply with billing, documentation, credentialing, and other administrative requirements.
