Marathon Health is seeking an LPN to join our corporate care team, working with a concierge physician to deliver high-quality primary care to employer clients. You will perform front and back-office duties, including patient assessments, venipuncture, EKGs, and documentation in EMR, while ensuring a positive patient experience and efficient clinic flow.

This role requires a high school diploma, completion of an LPN program, 2+ years of LPN experience, and current BLS certification and licensure.

Formación

• High school diploma required; completion of a formal LPN training program.
• 2+ years experience as an LPN, ideally in primary care.
• Current BLS certification and an active nursing license in the applying state.
• Ability to perform injections, EKGs, and other office-based procedures.
• Strong phlebotomy skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support physician in clinical and administrative functions.
• Interviews patients to obtain medical information and report findings.
• Record patient assessments into EMR.
• Perform venipuncture and basic laboratory tests; coordinate with contracted labs.
• Assist with medical procedures and use diagnostic/therapeutic equipment.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and manage patient flow.
• Coordinate referrals and handle messages to patients and offices.
• Contribute to making each visit positive for patients.
