Cleveland Marriott East features 298 guest rooms, 13,000 sq ft of event space, M Club, restaurant, and bar.

Overview
We seek highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as M Club Attendants. The ideal candidate will use their engaging personality to create memorable first impressions and provide excellent service throughout our guests’ stay. Responsibilities include assisting with snacks and meals in the M Club, sharing knowledge about the hotel and local area, and helping guests to their rooms. The position starts at 6:00 am and typically works until noon. The role also involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club. Your Role

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
• Stock the club with beverages and snacks
• Carry soiled dishes and linens to cleaning areas
• Prepare and stock the breakfast buffet
• Clean the club after breakfast, including mopping
• Provide exceptional customer service with engagement and sincerity
• Greet and interact with guests, especially Bonvoy members
• Collaborate with team members to ensure personalized guest experiences
• Exceed normal expectations to “Be the difference”

Qualifications

• Stand for up to 7 hours
• Lift and carry dishes and serve ware up to 20 pounds
• Walk continuously
• Be friendly and attentive to guests
• Use cleaning products to maintain sanitation

Compensation Range

$14.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
