Job summary

NPHire in Dallas is seeking an NP or PA to join a concierge wellness clinic. Practice includes hormone optimization, sexual wellness, and aesthetics with trainee support. Start is three days per week with room to grow to full-time as the clinic expands.

Earn $55–$75 per hour with uncapped commissions; base pay plus strong upside. On-site Dallas, TX; DEA and Texas CS registrations valued and covered if needed. Comprehensive training and onboarding provided.

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; ability to connect with patients and guide decisions matters most.
• Comfortable discussing and recommending hormone therapy, testosterone optimization, peptides, and men’s health treatments; full training provided
• Comfortable owning patient consultations and running your own clinic flow.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical provider across hormone optimization, sexual wellness, peptide therapy, weight management, and aesthetics.
• Evaluate patients and build individualized treatment plans under medical director supervision.
• Own patient consultations end to end, educating members on their options and guiding them toward plans that fit their goals.
• Perform in-clinic procedures including intramuscular injections and PRP (training provided).
• Help grow clinic membership through confident, patient-first conversations.
• Maintain clean, timely documentation and help run an organized clinic day.
