Job summary

Revel Communities in Colorado Springs is seeking a Concierge to warmly welcome residents and guests, manage calls, and coordinate requests with care. You’ll keep the lobby organized, assist with mail and deliveries, and support transportation and event scheduling.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts, with a team-first approach and strong organizational skills. A hospitable, proactive attitude helps ensure a high-quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, organized, and proactive—comfortably multitasking and using basic office tech.

Responsibilities
