Job summary

Revel Communities is seeking a friendly Concierge to warmly welcome residents and guests, manage front desk operations, and support a high-touch hospitality experience.

This on-site role offers flexible schedules and opportunities to develop in a community-focused team within The Wolff Company family.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, organized, proactive; comfortable multitasking and using basic office tech.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some overnights depending on shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests, answer phones, and handle requests with care.
• Keep the lobby front desk organized; assist with mail, deliveries, and supplies.
• Coordinate transportation, support events, and manage scheduling.
