Job summary

Asset Living in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Concierge to provide high-level administrative support and outstanding resident service on site. You will work closely with the Property Manager and leasing team to welcome residents, handle inquiries, prepare welcome packages, and manage communications.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree not required but preferred.
  • Experience in housing or property management a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to use onsite software and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to residents and onsite staff.
  • Prepare lease, move-in and welcome packages.
  • Coordinate resident communications and office duties.
  • Assist with concierge requests (taxis, directions, packages, etc.).
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the Leasing Office and Clubhouse.

CONCIERGE

The Concierge is responsible for assisting current residents and providing support to the onsite staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing a high level of administrative support and customer service to residents and other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative Support
  • Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
  • Assist office staff as requested
  • Prepare lease, move in and welcome packages
  • Prepare property marking materials and distribute
  • Distribute all resident communications
  • Update property website
  • Prepare work orders for maintenance team
Customer Service
  • Answer phones and great residents and guest
  • Provide professional, courteous customer service to all residents, guests, and customers
  • Assist residents with concierge requests such as taxis, directions, packages, etc.
Office Duties
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the Leasing Office and Clubhouse, including but not limited to the removal of trash, vacuuming, and stocking the bathroom.
  • Other additional duties assigned by Community Manager.
Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
  • Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Physical Requirements
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another, communicate with others to exchange information, and repeat motions that may include wrists, hands, and/or fingers,
  • The employee is frequently required to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, step stools, and the like and remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • The employee is occasionally required to move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces, work in an overhead position and reach, adjust, or move objects up to 25 lbs. in all directions, lift or place objects up to 25 lbs., operate machinery and/or power tools, operate vehicles and/or golf carts, assess the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned, identify and inspect objects, be able to work overtime, weekends, night hours (emergencies), work in extremely low or high temperatures, work in outdoor environments such as precipitation and wind, work in small and/or enclosed spaces, be exposed to hazardous chemicals, traverse flat and non-flat terrain.

Full-time employees also receive paid sick days and company holidays.

Salary Range: $20.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour
