Job summary

The Arlington in Naples is recruiting a hospitality-focused Concierge to join our team. This full-time role provides front desk customer service to residents and visitors, with hours Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm and starting pay at $18/hr, commensurate with experience.

You will greet visitors, direct calls, handle mail and packages, arrange transportation, and document resident work requests. We value excellent communication, teamwork, discretion, and the ability to stay organized under pressure

• Accepts, documents, and distributes work requests from residents and team members and follows up to ensure they are responded to in a timely manner.
